    Returns & Refund Policy

    Returns
    You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
    To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, with tags, and in the original packaging, along with a proof of purchase.

    Returns must be shipped to the address we will provide by email. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


    Damaged or Wrong Item
    If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can replace or refund it.


    Non-returnable items
    The following items cannot be returned:
    • Personalized or custom items
    • Gift cards
    • Final sale / discounted items


    Exchanges
    For an exchange, please return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order.


    EU Customers – Cooling-off Period
    If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel your purchase for any reason. The item must remain unused and in its original condition.


    Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven't received it after 15 business days, please contact us.
